Dominique Ansel's doling out Rice Krispie treats and ice cream sandwiches for Father's Day

Hot off news of his soft-serve window, prolific pastry whiz Dominique Ansel is at it again with Father's Day specials at both Dominique Ansel Bakery and Dominique Ansel Kitchen. At the Soho bakeshop from Friday, June 19th through Sunday, June 21st, Ansel will be serving chocolate-stout ice cream sandwiches with a dark malt-caramel swirl, while the West Village bakery-cafe is using that stout to flavor Rice Krispie treats with peanut butter and Maldon sea salt ($10.50 for a four pack).
