Fast-food restaurants that serve booze in NYC

We're usually already three sheets to the wind when we enter a fast-food establishment, but quick-service spots are increasingly seeking to add to your buzz on site. With the announcement of booze potentially coming to Burger King, we're taking a closer look at fellow fast-food establishments that pour more than just Dr. Pepper.

Shake Shack
You probably already knew this based on the after-work crowds downing drafts of ShackMeister Ale in Madison Square Park. Beyond Brooklyn Brewery beer collaborations, the Danny Meyer patty juggernaut also serves wine–pair your ShackBurger with a Shack Red ($8.99) or Shack White ($7.99), made by Frog's Leap in Napa Valley. A 375-milliliter bottle of Mionetto Prosecco goes for $15.

Chipotle
Everyone's favorite–and then not favorite–Mexican chain serves margaritas in varying locations. But in most NYC outlets, you can at least get bottles of Corona.

Dos Toros
This fellow burrito chain purveys Tecate, Pacifico, Corona and Corona Light to go with its fresh Mexican fare.

Steak 'n Shake
This Midwestern burger chain, with an outpost located in Midtown West, sells glasses of cabernet, chardonnay and pinot noir, along with bottles of Budweiser, Bud Light and Dos Equis, for only $5 a glass or bottle. Pregame Hello Dolly, anyone?

Sbarro
Pizza and beer are a classic combo, and this national 'za chain doles out Heineken and Corona bottles in NYC for $6. Additionally, wine is served by the bottle, with full bottles for $26 and individual-size mini bottles (about the size of a single glass) of red and white for $5.65.
