Fruit means it’s healthy, right? If you’re staying in the city for the Fourth of July, you need to head to Dominique Ansel Kitchen for this adorable watermelon ice cream sandwich.

It’s made of a slice of real watermelon stuffed with homemade sorbet and topped with sea salt. Oh, and those seeds are actually chocolate. The dessert has been at the bakery’s Tokyo location for a while now, but this is your only chance to get it in NYC.

Find it at the shop’s pop-up ice cream window, along with the summertime cold-brew soft-serve ice cream. It’ll only be available Saturday through Tuesday from noon until it sells out, so take advantage of the city turning into a ghost town for the holiday and go stuff your face.
