Partying atop one of the many rooftop bars in Gotham is how most New Yorkers spend their summers. Drinks with a view? Always a good choice. But open-air rooftop decks are more than just a place where you can get buzzed—you can get your vinyasa on, too!

A few yoga studios have teamed with some of our favorite open-air bars this summer allowing visitors to work on their warrior pose and mediate while enjoying picturesque views of the skyline. For all you yogis who love finding your zen outdoors, make sure to check out Bryant Park’s yoga classes on the lawn.

SurfYogaBeer at Northern Territory

This popular Aussie bar in Greenpoint wants you to work up a sweat before ordering a well-deserved Bloody Mary. Every Sunday morning at 9:30am, yoga instructor Kristin Calabria will host a rooftop yoga session. The first class ($25) kicks off this Sunday. Make sure to BYOM (bring your own mat) and get ready to feel relaxed. Sign up for classes here. 12 Franklin St. Sundays at 9:30am.

Pure Yoga at Mr. Purple

It’s worth waking up early on a Saturday morning for this class. Hotel Indigo, located in the Lower East Side, has teamed with a rotating selection of Pure Yoga instructors to offer yoga classes on its rooftop dubbed Mr. Purple. Reservations are $15 for Pure Yoga members and $25 for non-members. Spots are first-come, first-serve, so make sure to snag your spot STAT. 180 Orchard St. Saturdays at 9am.

YoYoga!

YoYoga’s rooftop deck—located in midtown east—is perfectly spacious enough for you to perfect your chakrasana. Outdoor yoga classes ($22) vary by date and time, but you can check out the upcoming schedule here. 344 E. 59th St.
