After crowd-sourcing flavor ideas, Brooklyn scoops favorite Ample Hills is releasing the winning "They Scoop Gilmores, Don't They?" flavor today: The ice cream features coffee (duh, these are Gilmores we're talking about) and chocolate pudding, topped with pink Pop Tart sprinkles.
The special flavor will be available at all of the chain's NYC scoop shops, as well as nationwide shipping. Order it solo or as a Gilmore Girls-themed four-pack excellently dubbed "Where You Lead, I Will Marshmallow," consisting of two pints of the coffee flavor as well as a pint each of Ample's Snap, Mallow, Pop! and No Sleep Till Pumpkin ice creams.
