It's official: RuPauls' DragCon is coming to New York City, so You. Betta. WERK!
On September 9 and 10, the convention celebrating past and present queens from the hit show RuPaul's Drag Race comes to NYC at the Javits Center for the first time after three successful years in LA.
At the LA event this year, drag queens hosted their own booths where you could kiki with them and buy their merch, plenty of people dressed up in full drag and brought their best looks, different talks and panels went down (like fan favorite conversation “UNHhhh! Live” with Katya and Trixie Mattel) and RuPaul himself delivered the keynote speech. Plus there was shopping galore, plenty of parties and chances to get photos with all of your favorite queens, including RuPaul. New York's lineup isn't out yet, but you can expect a lot of face time with the queens you've loved over the last nine seasons!
Tickets are on sale now, starting with a one-day badge for $40 or a weekend pass for $60, or VIP passes for $250 that will get you into priority lines and early access for big-ticket appearances. Don't f*ck it up! And happy Pride month!
