Ready to hit up the best events for Earth Day NYC has to offer? The national holiday is a bit like Mother's Day, but for Mother Nature. Although you don't have to buy her a gift or bouquet from one of the city’s best flower shops, you can (and should!) still celebrate. There are plenty of great things to do outside at some oft the best NYC parks in the city, but you could also turn off the lights in your NYC apartment and unplug your gadgets—actually, it’s encouraged.

When is Earth Day?

Earth Day is on April 22 every year.
