Barclays Center is getting a major glow-up just in time for tipoff. Ahead of the 2025–26 NBA season, Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment (BSE) has unveiled the next phase of its $100 million renovation plan, adding new fan and premium spaces that promise to make the home of the Brooklyn Nets and New York Liberty more dynamic, stylish and inclusive than ever.

Two new venues lead the charge. Gallagher Terrace is a 5,300-square-foot private club inspired by the Gilded Age that transforms sections of the former 40/40 Club into a sleek retreat for 110 guests. It’s the only spot in the arena offering fans in-seat dining and waiter service with a full view of the game. Inside, banquette seating, LED lighting and sommeliers armed with a curated wine list turn courtside dining into a high-end hospitality experience.

If Gallagher Terrace represents luxury, Modelo Bridge is all about energy. Spanning 6,800 square feet across two levels, this new upper concourse fan zone is open to everyone, whether you’re in the nosebleeds or courtside. The space centers around a 67-foot bar—the largest in the arena—and features panoramic views of Downtown Brooklyn, new food and merch stands and large-scale artwork from local muralists. Created in partnership with Modelo, the design takes inspiration from Brooklyn’s iconic bridges. Expect live DJ sets, halftime contests and a social, free-flowing vibe that reflects the borough’s creative pulse.

As BSE’s Chief Hospitality Officer, Shanon Ferguson, put it in a statement, "These investments reinforce our commitment to putting guests first. Following a record-breaking year, it’s essential that we continue to evolve and elevate every aspect of the fan experience to ensure Barclays Center remains a premier global destination for sports, entertainment and culture.”

Beyond these new hangouts, BSE’s transformation touches nearly every part of the fan journey. The arena’s technology has been upgraded with better lighting, enhanced sound systems and faster entry through facial authentication.

Accessibility has also been prioritized: through a partnership with OneCourt, tactile devices will allow blind and low-vision fans to experience the action through real-time touch feedback, a first for an East Coast pro sports team.

Backstage, even the stars are getting an upgrade, thanks to newly renovated dressing rooms by The Brooklyn Home Company. The overarching goal, according to BSE, is to keep evolving to ensure that Barclays Center remains a premier global destination for both entertainment and hospitality.

So whether you’re there for a Nets game, a Liberty showdown or a sold-out concert, expect more than just a seat. Barclays Center is betting on the full Brooklyn experience: elevated, inclusive and just a little over the top.
