Eat deliciously while supporting Union Square at Harvest this fall

Enjoy food and drink tastings from more than a dozen local spots.

Union Square is packed with excellent dining options, but it can be hard to find time to try every single one. The answer to that conundrum: Harvest. This annual benefit for Union Square Park will unite dozens of celebrated restaurants, bars and cafes for a festive evening of tastings and fun to benefit Union Square Park.

The Union Square Partnership will host the event Thursday, November 13 event at Civic Hall (124 E 14th St) to benefit the sustained care and maintenance of Union Square Park. Tickets are on sale now starting at $100.

This culinary showcase offers a chance to interact with Union Square’s most acclaimed chefs and mixologists, from neighborhood favorites to exciting new voices. Expect thoughtfully curated offerings including signature dishes, cocktails, wines and brews while mingling with like-minded gourmands, tastemakers and community leaders.

“Union Square has long been New Yorkers’ go-to destination for exceptional dining—from beloved icons like Union Square Cafe, Gramercy Tavern, and Craft to exciting newcomers such as Seahorse, Vinile Chophouse and Taqueria El Chato,” Julie Stein, executive director of the Union Square Partnership, told Time Out New York

This year’s additions include several new-to-Union Square eateries, including Vinile Italian Chophouse and John McDonald’s soon-to-open seafood restaurant Seahorse. These newcomers join a distinguished lineup of participating Union Square mainstays, including Gramercy TavernUnion Square CafeCraftTarallucci e VinoThe Stand and Knickerbocker Bar & Grill. Additional crowd favorites will also be on hand, such as Jazba, Reyna, Mission CevicheDaily Provisions, Breads Bakery, Vallata, JavelinaYakiniku FutagoUnregular Pizza, Rosa Mexicano, Schmackary’s, Breezy Hill OrchardLa Pizza and Joey Roses.

The tasting experience will be complemented by a selection of wines, beers, cocktails and coffee from Martiny’s, Lille’s Victorian EstablishmentOscar WildeTorch & Crown Brewing CompanyJoe’s Coffee, Out East and Avontuur Gin

Plus, this year’s event will feature a special Time Out Market Union Square experience, presented by the soon-to-open market. Guests can enjoy food and drink from Time Out Market Union Square’s curated mix of top vendors including Taqueria El ChatoKam Rai Thai and Fornino that offer an early taste of New York’s newest culinary destination. Live DJs will provide the soundtrack for the Time Out Market Union Square experience.

“Harvest 2025 - A Benefit for Union Square Park is the rare chance to experience the best of the district’s culinary scene all in one place, while supporting a vital cause,” Stein added. “This year, we’re especially excited to welcome the new Time Out Market Union Square, joining more than two dozen of the neighborhood’s top food and drink destinations.”

Here’s the full list of participating restaurants and beverage providers. Tickets are on sale now with early-bird pricing: $100 for general admission and $400 for VIP admission, which offers early entry. Prices will increase after October 5 to $200 for general admission and $500 for VIP. 

Harvest proceeds directly benefit Union Square Park, supporting the landscaping and beautification of its plazas, lawns and seating areas. Funds raised through the event also support the work of Union Square Partnership’s Clean Team and Public Safety Officers as well as the free public programming in the park.
