Eataly’s autumnal rooftop is what Pinterest dreams are made of

Who says you have to stop going to rooftops once summer ends?

Eataly's warm-weather rooftop, SERRA by Birreria, officially switched over to SERRA D'AUTUNNO by Birreria. And with the wave of a magic wand (or at least, that's how we picture it in our minds), a gorgeous makeover took place that includes fall leaves draped from the ceiling, haystacks and lots and lots of apples. If Italian hygge was a thing, this would be it.

With a new look, comes a new menu. The space is now offering bushels of cocktails devoted to autumnal favorites, with "fall-infused" drinks and "edible" drinks, including Mela Forte, served in a Fuji apple and garnished with a cinnamon stick. Say goodbye to the Limonata, the summertime lemonade stand, and hello to SIDRO, a build-your-own cider stand serving hot-spiced cider or fresh, cold cider (made with Honey Crisp, Gala, and Macintosh apples from upstate New York). And if you want something a bit headier, you can spike your drink with either bourbon or brandy.

The food menu has veggie dishes, cheese plates and hearty entrees served family-style like apricot beer-braised pork shoulder dressed with Granny Smith apples and mustard vinaigrette, and chicken with black lentils, Brussels sprouts and salsa verde.

You'll definitely want to put this one on your things to do in fall checklist. To take a peak inside the fall AF Pinterest dream-space, check out the images below.
