We’re not sure what to talk about first when it comes to this Crown Heights stunner: the one-block proximity to Prospect Park, the sprawling layout with two bathrooms, the in-unit washer and dryer or the shiny stainless-steel kitchen featuring a built-in wine fridge.

It’s about as close to the hub of LES nightlife as you can get without actually living in a bar, and at a pretty great rate to boot. Bonuses: plenty of natural light and an updated kitchen and bath.

Park Slope might be known for strollers, but that’s just because it’s such a nice place for, well, strolling (kids or not).
