Time Out says

Here's another contender for the world's best hotels list. Pullman Singapore Hill Street officially welcomes its first guests on October 1, and it's a luxurious vintage dream.

The new property on Hill Street draws inspiration from the Pullman brand's roots in luxury train travel. You see echoes of it all over the lobby and in the 350 rooms and suites. Take the luggage holding area at the entrance, which was modelled after a classic Pullman Sleeping Cabin. An installation of vintage carriers also lines the walkway to antique-style elevators, setting the stage for plush rooms and suites styled after private train cabins.

Modern comforts abound. You can easily check yourself in at automated kiosks in the lobby, for one. In the rooms, play around with smart technology and other perks: customise lighting and temperature, make a hot cuppa with Nespresso machines, and enjoy the simple pleasures of filtered water from the Grohe faucet. The Murphy beds are a great touch too – letting you easily transform living spaces into bedroom areas.

When you're not lounging at the outdoor swimming pool (which has cabanas and a jacuzzi) or breaking a sweat at the Power Fitness gym, do check out the three F&B venues in the hotel. Get all-American grub at Madison's, which offers New York-style bagels, burgers and sandwiches. Party people can head to the rooftop for El Chido, an energetic Mexican swim-up bar with sweeping views of the city; while MOGA, a modern Japanese izakaya and cocktail bar, makes for an intimate wind-down spot.

It might be hard to tear yourself away, but do get out and explore too. The hotel is just a stone’s throw from tons of cultural and entertainment options like Funan, Chijmes, Clarke Quay, and Fort Canning Park.

Excited to check out the new hotel? Pullman Singapore Hill Street is running an exclusive opening offer until November 30, 2023. Learn more at the official website
