What time will The Strokes start playing?

The Strokes is set to take the stage at 8pm. However, supporting act Johann Rashid AKA Promiseland will be opening for the show at about 7.30pm. So, do expect the actual guys to only come on stage 30 minutes to an hour after the designated time.

What time will the doors open and close?

The queue opens at 5pm. Doors open at 6pm. People with priority standing tickets should try to get there as early as possible because after a certain time (about 6.30pm), both normal standing and priority standing ticket holders will be merged. Don't be late! Doors close at 7.45pm. Latecomers will not be entertained.

How long will the show last for?

It will last for approximately 90 minutes with no intermission.

Can I still get tickets?

The show on August 2 is sold out. But due to the recent unfortunate cancellation of their Malaysia show, the band has added another day (such sweethearts)! And there are still tickets up for purchase here. There’s also a “VIP Experience” package available for all of you hardcore fans.

What is the admission policy?

Mask wearing indoors is entirely optional but recommended in crowded places. Present your full physical/electronic tickets to enter the show. You’ll not be able to enter with outside food and drinks. But rest assured, you’ll be able to get some drinks – both alcoholic and non alcoholic – at the venue.

Will there be bag checks?

Be prepared for bag checks and pat downs or scans using metal detectors if needed. No cameras are allowed as photography, audio recording, videography and live streaming are prohibited. There will be cloak rooms for all to store your belongings if needed.

About the merchandise

There is a merchandise booth. For Malaysians who have travelled to Singapore for the August 3 show, simply provide your proof of travel to get 50% off all merchandise.

More things to note

Familiarise yourself with the venue and your nearest exit. And if you see someone suspicious, speak up and notify security immediately.

Do note that strobe lighting and fog machines are frequently used in productions at this venue. If that's not something you’re comfortable with, do let the security team know or excuse yourself.

Last but not least, don’t forget to have a blast! Afterall, You Only Live Once. (Ok, we'll stop now)
