Plus a lemon cream cheesecake by Queic by Olivia and two new Kyoto-style espresso drinks

Blue Bottle Coffee is teaming up with homegrown bakery Chu & Co. for a fresh lineup of handcrafted bakes across its Singapore cafés – and it's part of the brand's biggest seasonal menu update yet.
The collaboration adds everything from buttery sea salt croissants to turkey ham and cheese danishes, mushroom and sesame buns, jalapeño and cheese buns, triple pistachio escargots, banana bread, and lemon berry cake.
Founded in 2020, Chu & Co. has built a loyal following for its small-batch bakes that mix classic French pastry techniques with Asian flavours. From buttery viennoiseries to inventive seasonal specials, the homegrown bakery has become a favourite among pastry lovers.
Blue Bottle's newest seasonal menu also sees the return of another collaboration with local cheesecake specialist Queic by Olivia. Following previous sell-out creations, the pair has unveiled a limited-edition lemon cream cheesecake.
In the coffee department, Blue Bottle is also introducing a new Kyoto-style cold-extracted espresso across all of its iced espresso drinks in Singapore. This espresso is cleaner, sweeter, and keeps your cold drink tasting balanced even as the ice melts.
You’ll be able to taste it in two new seasonal drinks: the espresso tonic ($10), combining the Kyoto-style espresso with crisp tonic water, and the vanilla bean shakerato ($9.50), a freshly brewed espresso shaken with real vanilla bean.
Both seasonal drinks alongside Chu & Co.'s pastries are now available at Blue Bottle Coffee's Raffles City and Paragon outlets. The lemon cream cheesecake by Queic by Olivia is also available, but only until August 8.
