There’ll also be a marketplace where you’ll be able to find conscious lifestyle brands spanning beauty, fashion, homeware and food

Sustainability often feels like a big idea – but Earthopia Fest 2026 is returning for its second edition to show how we can take part in the movement, one small step at a time. The youth-led sustainability festival will take place from May 29 to 31, 2026, at Fort Canning Green.
Organised by City Sprouts, the three-day event will bring together more than 100 partners spanning sustainability, wellness, food, fashion, and the arts. You’ll get to learn about practical, everyday entry points of sustainability – whether through mindful consumption, conscious fashion or community-driven initiatives.Across the weekend, there’ll be loads to check out – think hands-on workshops covering plastic upcycling, sustainable fashion, urban farming, low-waste living and food sustainability, alongside conversations surrounding climate anxiety and environmental resilience. Interactive experiences such as the Wasteless Utopia discovery zone, guided tours and storytelling-led activities are also designed to introduce sustainability through more accessible and engaging formats.
A key highlight is the Earthling Exchange, which brings together science fair and volunteer fair partners to showcase green innovations, social impact initiatives and opportunities for deeper community involvement beyond the festival itself. Elsewhere, Circular Styles, Earthopia’s fashion and thrift-focused zone, reframes shopping through a more conscious lens, spotlighting secondhand fashion and circular consumption.
There’ll also be a festival marketplace, curated by Sunday Social and City Sprouts’ Farmers Collective, where you’ll be able to find a broad selection of conscious lifestyle brands spanning beauty, fashion, homeware and food, alongside an F&B offering designed for leisurely browsing between activities.
This year’s run will also be huge on art. You can expect immersive installations created from repurposed materials, including large jellyfish-inspired forms made from plastic waste, imagined animal fossils assembled from e-waste, upcycled bird sculptures crafted from discarded milk bottles and a striking Earth installation composed of colourful fabric scraps.
For those looking to relax, don’t miss their wellness workshops ranging from gentle and yin yoga to sound bowl healing and nature-inspired movement sessions.
The weekend concludes on a lively note with performances by local acts including Sobs, Heema Izzati, Club Mild, Shye and The Jukuleles on May 30, alongside school performances, community programming and film screenings including The Wild Robot.
