Hot, cheesy, and with a bevy of toppings – pizzas are so simply satisfying. Tomorrow, getting a slice of pizza quickly and on the go will be easier than ever with the opening of Eat Pizza. Known as 피자먹다 (pija meokda, translating to Eat Pizza) in South Korea, it is the country's largest pizza chain and known for its 25cm-long, rectangular-shaped pizzas.

Eat Pizza will open its flagship store at PLQ Mall tomorrow with 10 pizza flavours on the menu. The pizzas are made with high-protein dough and extra virgin olive oil, and topped with a special blend of natural cheeses and a variety of fresh toppings. Assembled and fired to order, the pizzas are ready to serve in just five minutes. At the PLQ outlet, you can look forward to many of the same flavours you can find in Korea, such as classic pepperoni ($6.50), Aloha ($6.90), signature hot spicy chicken ($7.90), and even a sweet potato pizza ($6.50). There's also a Singapore-exclusive flavour: the savoury and spicy kimchi bulgogi pizza ($9.90).

For its grand opening day, you can score selected pizza flavours for just $1.99 per piece – that's steal considering the size of each slice. The promotion starts from 11.30am on January 13, so don't sleep on it.

If PLQ Mall is too out of the way for you, then sit tight for its planned 313@Somerset outlet. Eat Pizza has yet to share a date for the second shop's opening, but watch this space for more details.
