It's cakes and ice cream by day, and four plated desserts in an intimate dessert restaurant by 7pm

A new dessert atelier dedicated entirely to sweets is opening at Ann Siang Hill on July 29, 2026. And that’s Loulouca, a 20-seater space opened by restaurant Odette’s former lead pastry chef, Louisa Lim.
Louisa, a Le Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef, spent seven years leading the pastry programme at three-Michelin-starred Odette before stepping away in March. Over the years, she's earned accolades like Asia's Best Pastry Chef 2023 by Asia's 50 Best Restaurants and Tatler Asia's Best Pastry Chef 2024.
The atelier will be dessert-only – serving cakes, coffee, tea and house-made ice cream by day before becoming an intimate dessert restaurant at night. So, have your main fill elsewhere first, as Loulouca will have no savoury dishes at all.
The menu marries French pastry techniques with seasonal ingredients and subtle nods to Singaporean flavours. Expect signatures like Loulouca's own take on the classic tiramisu, alongside a matcha kaya pistachio Mont Blanc inspired by the classic kaya toast breakfast. From 7pm onwards, guests can settle in for an à la carte menu of four plated desserts inspired by the seasons.
At $30 for a plated dessert, Loulouca is pricing itself at the serious end, but Louisa Lim’s track record at Odette earns the benefit of the doubt. If you want to try the pastries before committing to a reservation, the daytime café is a good entry point with cake slices priced between $14 and $16.
Reservations are now open ahead of Loulouca's July 29 debut and can be booked here.

Loulouca is located at 6 Ann Siang Hill and opens Wednesday to Sunday, 11am to 6pm and 7pm to 11pm.
