Look forward to The Oyster Cart’s Indulgence Oyster pack ($99), which is available for pre-order, and comes with 12 shucked bivalves together with two 640ml bombers of beer. And if you’re in the mood for some local food, you’ll find noodles from the popular Blanco Court Prawn Mee on the menu. Its robust stock comes served with pork ribs ($11), jumbo prawns ($13), or a combination of two ($13). Throw in orders of char kway tiao ($12) or oyster omelette ($10) from Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall, then wash it all down with the cocktail bar’s locally inspired tipples. Sample the milo-inspired Tak Qiu ($58) or the Ju Hua Cha ($58) made with ginseng and chrysanthemum gin. Of course, you’ll also find a selection of craft beers available fresh off the tap from Good Luck Beerhouse, including brews from That Singapore Beer Project, The General Brewing Co., and Off Day Beer Company.
