It’s time to put your mad hat on and tumble down the rabbit hole for another storybook adventure at Groundseesaw, following its earlier exhibition themed after the celestial journey of The Little Prince. This time, the art-tech studio from Korea brings us Alice: Into the New World – a reimagined version of the Lewis Carroll classic that has since spawned many iterations, including famed Disney and Tim Burton screen productions.

Screens are also central to this multimedia experience, though it’s not exactly a movie that you’ll be watching. Find yourself getting curiouser and curiouser as different scenes inspired by Alice in Wonderland are brought to life through 3D effects, accompanied by an immersive soundtrack composed exclusively for the exhibition by a K-pop producer.
Paint the roses red, find the Queen of Hearts, stand small among giant chess pieces, and explore the psychedelic mushroom-filled lair of the caterpillar – you’ll basically be walking in the black Mary Janes of Alice herself, no dubious potions required.

Groundseesaw is located at Parkview Square, home to Art Deco-style bar Atlas.
Don’t be late for this very important date: The public sale opens on October 2, 4pm, with tickets priced from $28 per adult. Each timed experience lasts for an hour. Find out more and join the waitlist here for first dibs.
