Its recently refreshed foodie staycation packages will tempt gourmands with its delectable treats, conveniently worked within an attractive, all-inclusive price tag.
In particular, the adorably named Opus Steak-cation (from $265) will delight meat-lovers. Besides a relaxing stay in the heart of buzzy Orchard Road, the food-filled package also comes with dinner for two at steakhouse Opus Bar and Grill, complete with free-flow wine to pair.

In times of social distancing, Hilton Singapore’s contactless check-in option is particularly nifty. And that means skipping the lines at the reception counter altogether, and heading straight to your room door. All you need to do is download the Hilton Honors app to process the application, and access areas with a phone.
You may notice that rooms might come with stickers on the doorknob. This comes as part of the property’s enhanced cleaning and safety measures: the CleanStay room seal ensures that no one has accessed the room after being cleaned, and high-touch areas have been deep-cleaned. Also available near the lift lobby is a disinfecting wipe dispenser – great for wiping down elevator buttons, and even your own mobile phone after a day of exploring.
While rooms aren’t exactly dripping with opulence, Hilton Singapore offers a clean, spacious, and comfortable environment to relax and snooze. The latter is particularly useful, considering the food coma that you will nurse after lavishing in the meals that come as part of the package (which includes breakfast for two).
The main highlight of the stay: a steak dinner for two at Opus Bar and Grill. The modern chophouse offers a few sharing platters that are good for two, including a kilogram worth of Black Angus bone-in, dry-aged rib eye and porterhouse. There is also a surf and turf option, featuring smoke-kissed wagyu striploin and well-seasoned Boston lobster – complete with sauces of black truffle with wild mushroom for heady aroma, and red wine with bone marrow. Throw in some sides of truffle fries and creamed spinach for sheer indulgence, then wash it all down with free-flowing wine for two hours.
More of a dessert person? Then consider the Prosecco, Seafood, and Valrhona All Chocolate High Tea Staycation (from $245). The feast will make for a romantic evening – the table comes filled with a seafood-on-ice platter, with freshly shucked oysters, firm mussels, lobster, and prawns. Then, tuck into bites of fish sliders and smoked salmon toast, and end the meal on a sweet note with an all-chocolate line-up. Highlights from the tiered stand include yuzu chocolate macarons, chocolate chip scones, and a luscious chocolate bomb fondue with fix-ins of strawberries, waffles, and more. It even comes with a bottle of Prosecco to help set the mood.
Indulged a little too much? Sweat it out in the gym, or hit up the rooftop swimming pool. While the oddly shaped area isn’t exactly conducive for swimming laps, it allows for a breezy location to soak up the sun, and laze in the water – all while overlooking the city.
