PLEASE NOTE: From March 17, 2020 his exhibition will remain open with a limitation on visitor numbers in line with the government's public gathering restrictions to limit the spread of COVID-19.

Art Month’s popular Collectors Space exhibition returns for the festival, which each year throws open the private collections of some of Sydney's most acquisitive art-lovers.

This year’s showcase, titled ‘Finders, Lovers, Keepers’, gives art lovers a peek at exciting artworks from the collections of art specialist Nicki Townsend (Michael Reid Gallery) and husband Andy Martyr; creative couple Patricia and Robert Postema; Stephen Cassidy, furniture and architectural design product importer, and many-feathered arts professional Richard Perram (OAM); and millenial collector Lindsay Clement-Meehan.

On Saturday, March 28, curator Rowena Talacko will host Inside the Collectors' Space, an in-conversation with the dynamic duos and influential individuals behind the exhibition. Head down between 2–4pm and pick up valuable tips on starting or expanding your own art collection fit for a wealthy dowager.

The exhibtion is free to the public and open during the day from Wednesdays to Sundays between March 15–28. It will be housed in the Chippendale outpost of Shapiro Auctioneers, make sure you don't head to their Woolhara headquarters by mistake.
