This annual exhibition of finalists is a handy cross-section of contemporary Australian art
With a prize pool of more than $30,000 and upwards of ten categories, the Fisher's Ghost Art Award attracts a massive cross-section of Australian and particularly Western Sydney artists each year. As such, the exhibition of finalists is a handy cross-section of contemporary art across all mediums.
This year's behemoth line-up includes works by Ron Adams, Abdul Abdullah, Amber Boardman, Shoufay Derz, David Fairbairn, Hayley Megan French, Todd Fuller, Caroline Garcia, Amala Groom, Tina Havelock Stevens, Hissy Fit, Robin Hungerford, Emily Hunt, Freya Jobbins, Ash Keating, Deborah Kelly, Alun Rhys Jones, Carla Liesch, Dane Lovett, Gabriella & Silvana Mangano, Anna McMahon, Daniel Mudie Cunningham, Claudia Nicholson, Emily Parsons-Lord, Darren Sylvester, Hiromi Tango, Angela Tiatia, Celeste Wrona and Louise Zhang.
The exhibition, now in its 54th year, runs concurrent with Campbelltown's annual ten-day Festival of Fishers Ghost.
