TWT Creative Precinct is an initiatve by Auswin TWT Development (part of TWT Group), who are behind the T1 apartments development on Atchison Street in St Leonards. And now they've turned their thoughts towards the creative life of the immediate precinct, hooking up empty space on Atchison and Chandos Street with arts organisations and small businesses with a creative bent. The various venues will host a combination of short term 'pop-up' projects and longer-term occupancies. The venues are:
