Baby Dragon Bar is the latest venture from Julian Frederick, creator of Sydney's Saga Bar. Joined by wizard mixologist Quinton Seeto and rock'n’roll chef Juan 'Johnny' Neira, the team have dreamed up some menu offerings that evoke some serious island magic.
Cocktails are categorised by the elements of smoke, fire and ice, or a combination thereof. Drinks are mixed with a touch of sorcery, serving up cocktails ablaze or under mesmerising clouds of smoke.
