Last season the Glenmore Hotel hosted early morning rooftop yoga sessions for the ultimate pre-work work out complete with harbour views.
This time round it's barre classes on offer care of Sydney's Xtend Barre studio. You need to pre-register for these fortnightly ballet/pilates classes that aim to improve balance, flexibility and core strength, and there's even a complimentary breakfast afterwards to help you refuel for the day ahead.
Official start time is 7am, but they reccommend getting there 15 minutes early to bags a primo spot. Who knew your best self was hiding on the roof of a pub all along.
