The team who opened Hemmingway's in Manly have upped stumps and opened a burger bar in Freshwater to full throated approval from the Beaches crowd, and now they have their sights set on Dee Why. A massive three-shop development is in the works to bring a café, restaurant and bar to the area that puts the focus squarely on its produce. Expect a whole lot of pickling, smoking and roasting to be on the cards when they open in late 2015.
