Time Out says
A Cabra landmark open super late, with Northern Chinese cooking, Penfolds Grange and rare Cognac on the menu
This commanding corner drinking spot got a head-to-toe makeover in 2019 – and a rather fancy one at that – opening up the space and bringing dark timber panelling, brass and a sea of red and jade-coloured tiles into the fold, with plenty of foliage to boot.
Taste of Shanghai is the force behind the restaurant, Seek & Stone, which combines Chinese classics such as xiao long bao, sweeet and sour pork and salt-and-pepper tofu with modern next-gen favourites like buckets of sweet chilli fried chicken.
It's still a pub, after all, so there's plenty of beer and wine on tap, but why not live like a king for a night? Splurge on a bottle of Penfolds Grange or a nip of Martell XO Cognac – you've got until 6am on Fridays and 5am on Saturdays to go large.
