The influential drinksman has been dubbed the 'King of Cocktails' thanks to his legacy across three decades of crafting original drinks.
Dale DeGroff developed his talents at New York City's Rockefeller Center bar, Rainbow Room. Here he tailored a culinary approach to creating tipples and made the Cosmopolitan the cocktail of the decade. These days you'll find DeGroff jaunting across the world sharing his finely tuned skills and knowledge, and he's also the founding president of the Museum of the American Cocktail in New Orleans.
