It was sad news for the Northern Beaches bar scene when Park Street Social Club - Mona Vale's first small - bar - closed. But colour us happy to hear that the space has been resuscitated with the opening of Edison's Bar. Simple food, science-inspired cocktails and low light are the name of the game here.
