Harajuku Gyoza Beer Stadium

You know those adorable, smiling, anthropomorphic dumplings from Harajuku Gyoza in Kings Cross? Well, they've just set up shop in Darling Harbour, but this is no pocket-sized dumpling bar. They've supersized the offering, opening Harajuku Gyoza Beer Stadium, a Japanese craft brewery that also serves dumplings. Six out of the 12 beer taps will be pouring Japanese-style beers brewed onsite in 1200 litre boutique tanks. Yoyogi are the brewing partners, who take their guidance from an ancient brewery in Kyoto. The stadium part comes from the stepped design of the room. All the cult favourites from the original Harajuku menu will make the move, including their long fries and raindrop cakes.
