Quay Bar, in the forecourt of Customs House, is collaborating with Chandon Summer Sparkling White to host a Melbourne Cup Carnival lunch event.
They’ll have one of the largest screens in the city (and at 15 square metres, that’s no idle boast) broadcasting the action from Flemington to the exclusive Chandon marquee. Watch the race in style with all food and beverage included from midday to after the big race.
There’ll be live entertainment, door prizes and best-dressed prizes, TAB facilities and even touch-up stations to keep you looking glamorous throughout the event.
Chandon and Peroni will be amongst the drinks served, with food offerings including both roving canapés and a great big charcuterie station with rock oysters, cured salmon, sliced meats, cheeses, organic breads and dips, to name a few.
