The InterContinental will be opening its rooftop for this new Sunday series, which will see the Double Bay pool bar hosting DJs and awesome views. See out the weekend with a frosty cocktail in hand, including the Belvedere Signature with Lillet blanc, fresh grapefruit and soda or other spritzers spiked with cucumber, organic honeycomb, grapefruit and candied apple.
