In case you missed it, the jury is in on the world’s best gin, and the winner is Australian. In November 2020, Yarra Valley’s Four Pillars Gin were named International Gin Producer of the Year for the second year running at the 51st International Wine and Spirits Competition. More than 4,000 gin distilleries from around the world enter the competition, and the honour confirms Four Pillars as a major force in the world of gin.

This summer, the Four Pillars team will transform the Whiskey Room at the Clock Hotel in Surry Hills into the ‘Juniper Saloon' – a great opportunity to discover the world’s best gin for yourself at four separate events over four Thursdays.

On Thursday November 26, 7pm, drop by for Four Pillars presents Gin Trivia, hosted by Four Pillars co-founder Stu Gregor. This free event is a chance to have a laugh and learn fascinating facts about gin.

On Thursday December 3, 7pm, experience a Four Pillars Set List with Jimmy Irvine. Master mixologist Jimmy Irvine sets the sonic scene with his curated playlist pairing each gin cocktail with a tune to turn up the volume on the flavour. Tickets are $30 per person.

Then on Thursday December 10, 7pm, learn What To Eat With Gin. Your $45 will get you a range of gin drinks and the perfect nibbles to go with them.

Finally on Thursday December 17 at 7pm, it’s a Four Pillars Christmas Feast , with a Christmas gin on arrival and the chef’s twists on a classic Christmas tucker. Tickets are $55.
