The Cidery Bar and Kitchen

The Rydges hotel at World Square has looked to the sweeter side of the boutique brewing movement for inspiration for their new bar and restaurant. The Cidery Bar and Kitchen showcases Australian ciders, and they even produce their Sydney CIder in house in the basement of the hotel. To compliment their fruity brews they offer traditional English pork and cider pot pies, a twist on a Nicoise salad, and a wood fired pizza with duck and camembert.
