There's not a grain of sand in sight at this sleek and stylish Bondi bar. The Crossing keeps their list compact and snappy. You've got a cocktail list that manages to leap from the clean and fresh sounding 'Don't Feed the Model', made with gin, rockmelon liqueur, soda, fresh cucumber, lemon juice and mint, to the 'White Chocolate Mochatini' that is basically dessert in a glass made from coffee tequila, vodka, white chocolate liqueur and vanilla syrup. They've got three beers on tap, a handful in the fridges and a few ciders on hand for those extra sweaty days, and almost half a dozen wines available by the glass. Need snacks to keep things on an even keel? The menu has a European bent so expect chicken liver parfait, arancini, tostadas, tortillas and buschetta.
