If you’ve been stinging to visit (or revisit) Time Out Sydney’s restaurant of the year, Hubert, now’s your chance because this five-star French diner is opening for lunch. That means you can skip the dinner queues and opt for the $75 set lunch menu, available until 3pm. You will not be leaving hungry, with baguettes, an assortment of small plates, salad and steak frites made from a Rangers Valley flat iron on the menu. If want to be really baller about it you can choose to add on oysters, caviar, seared foie gras or whole yabbies into the mix before your cheese or dessert course. Hubert's popularity doesn't look to be waning any time soon, so maybe this is a good chance to sweet talk you CFO into planning an end of year lunch here. They take bookings for groups of more than six so gather your office pals and treat yourselves. It's been a hard year and we all deserve it.

Need plans for Christmas? Try booking one of these Christmas Day lunches to take the stress out of December 25th.
