Sofia Levin, a 27-year-old Instagrammer and die-hard foodie, has just landed a dream job. Well, really it's more like an outrageous holiday. After a six-month selection process that involved everything from cocktail competitions to home cooking challenges, she's been named CEO of Luke Mangan and Company (that's Culinary Experiences Officer, FYI).

When Luke Mangan realised that they were one of the only restaurant groups in the world to be available across land, sea, rail and in the sky, they decided they needed to send one intrepid traveller around the world to experience every single one of their offerings. Hence, the creation of the Culinary Experiences Officer role and subsequent talent search.

Now, Levin will undertake a journey (alongside Luke Mangan himself) to visit every venue. The trip involves:

On Shore:
Dinner in Sydney at MOJO by Luke Mangan
Dinner in Salt Tokyo
Dinner at Salt grill Jakarta
A meal at Salt grill Singapore and Salt Tapas Singapore

At Sea:
P&O Cruise to Hamilton Island that includes dinner at Salt grill by Luke Mangan

By Rail:
A ticket on the naugural journey of Asia's most luxurious train, the Eastern and Oriental Express from Singapore to Bangkok

In the Air:
Virgin Australia's Business Class service

Lucky Sofia. We wonder if she'll be able to take her social-media savvy puppy Jinkee along for the ride...
