Jason Alexander: The Master of His Domain
Time Out says
George Costanza himself is celebrating the 30th anniversary of Seinfeld in this live show
While Jason Alexander is best known for the nine years he spent playing George Costanza on Seinfeld, he's had a career that extends far beyond, and is as much a stage creature as a screen one. In fact, before Seinfeld, he picked up a Tony Award in 1989 for his performance in Jerome Robbins' Broadway, and has an impressive list of stage credits to his name.
We're telling you this because if you're a Seinfeld fan, you probably don't want to miss the chance to see him on stage in his new show, touring Australia in February 2020.
Called "The Master of His Domain" it'll be here to mark 30 years since Seinfeld first appeared on our screens and Jason Alexander became forever associated with the angriest man on TV, George Costanza.
Alexander is promising a night of comedy, music and conversation, and will be revealing behind-the-scenes stories from Seinfeld. At each performance, he'll let the audience pick the topic of conversation from a prepared list, and he'll share a bunch of stories. Plus, you can ask him anything you want.
The show is at the State Theatre on February 22, with tickets on sale now.
