Time Out says

Meet filmmaker Juliet Landau, aka spooky tripster Drusilla from Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Buckle up Buffy fans, because Drusilla is back, and the lady sure is a vamp. Juliet Landau, one of the very best bad guys to show down with the slayer in the Sarah Michelle Gellar-led cult classic show, will make a digital appearance in a special Supanova comic con event.

Making like it’s the '90s all over again, except with considerably better internet connections and probably fewer eye-opening slash fiction rabbit holes, fans can congregate online to watch a screening of actor and filmmaker Landau’s debut directorial feature A Place Among the Dead, followed by a Q&A. It’s a spooky fusion of performance art and documentary that also features Buffy the Vampire Slayer creator Joss Whedon, horror novelist Anne Rice (Interview with the Vampire), Hollywood star Gary Oldman and Hellboy himself Ron Perlman. Eagle-eyed fans of the Scooby Gang will also spot season three’s big bad mayor Richard Wilkins (Harry Groener).

The scream-a-thon streaming session is set for Saturday, February 13, at noon Sydney time, with tickets starting from $20. You can book tickets here, and find out more about the full Supanova line-up IRL at the Showgrounds in June here. As Drusilla would put it, “We’re going to destroy the world. Want to come?”
