Freda's in Chippendale now offers curated film nights on the first Tuesday of each month. Films start at 8pm and there will be themed drinks and snacks.
First up in April will be 1993 Spanish thriller La Madre Muerta (The Dead Mother), which Time Out London described as "twisted and tender". A petty thief shoots dead a mother in a robbery then encounters her daughter ten years later in a Madrid mental hospital.
