The LGBTIQA community is invited to learn about how to start a family

For non-heterosexual couples, starting a family can be a difficult process. To assist LGBTIQA couples and singles who are thinking about becoming parents, the Rainbow Families organisation is hosting a day-long seminar, covering topics such as adoption, IVF, surrogacy, fostering and home insemination. The seminar is set to inform attendees on the full range of options to start their families.

Led by a team of professionals, the day aims to empower and inspire LGBTIQA singles and couples on their path to parenthood. If you’ve ever struggled to find a compassionate and helpful doctor, or wondered about the legality of rainbow family arrangements, this seminar will help cover those frustrating situations and how to overcome them.

A panel of current LGBTIQA parents and their children will be there on the day to share their family experiences. This event is ticketed and booking in advance is recommended.
