It’s Sydney Comedy Festival’s 12th birthday this year, and to celebrate they’re bringing the laughs to Sydney Town Hall, including a program specially curated for ages 2-12.
The six LOL-filled days of interactive shows all take place inside a jungle created by the Australian Museum. Kids can watch award-winning performances from Korean clowning and beat boxing ensemble Ongals and jaw-dropping circus antics from the Trash Test Dummies, as well as pet life-like carnivores and herbivores from Erth’s Dinosaur Zoo.
The entire program costs just $2.50 – which will be donated to Redfern not-for-profit Sydney Story Factory, who’ll also be there, telling hilarious stories. Plus, there’ll be activity stations such as Crazy Cartoonist illustration workshops by Brett Bower and street dance classes by hip hop legends Phly Crew.
Babies under two do not require a ticket.
