There's adventure every day of the school holidays at Sydney Olympic Park

From egg hunts to archery, laser tag to circus skills, Sydney Olympic Park know how to pack in the fun during the school holidays.

The newest addition to the Kids in the Park program come via the Writing Workshop at the Education Centre. Run by award-winning author Dr Bernard Cohen, Alien Encounters, Future Worlds will have the kids inventing new extra-terrestrial worlds. Also new these school holidays is the Write Your Own Filmscript writing workshop for film buffs.

Science aficionados can attend Fizzics Education, where new activities like Use the Force(s) and Maker Mayhem are designed to excite and educate young scientists with hand-on experiments.

Outdoorsy children will be spoilt for choice with more than 35km of free outdoor bike trails, archery, flying trapeze and a diving clinic. Soccer, cricket, basketball, and futsal camps will also be running.

Boasting more than 60 activities – 14 of those free and 12 at $25 or under – Kids in the Park caters to kids of all interests and ages. Whatever their passion, there will be plenty of activities to keep them entertained and challenged.
