Don't forget to head to Martin Place this Saturday for the launch of Sydney Christmas

This Saturday November 26 sees the free children’s concert where the interactive Christmas tree will be lit by Santa, the Lord Mayor and the lucky winner of the City's colouring-in competition.

The concert officially kicks off at 6.30pm. Performers include Megan WashingtonTaylor HendersonCasey DonovanJustine ClarkeMoorambilla Voices and Bananas in Pyjamas.

Hosted by Sunrise’s Samantha Armytage and Seven News anchor Mark Ferguson, the concert will feature entertainment the whole family will love.

See Santa arrive on his cycle-drawn sleigh.

Santa stockings will be on sale for $5 with all proceeds going to City of Sydney charity partner, Guide Dogs NSW/ACT.

The night finishes with a fireworks display to mark the start of the festive season.

The MLC Centre food court and GPO Grand restaurants, bars and pop-up dessert bar will be open for the duration of the concert, offering food and drink options.
