Puppets, animation, beatboxing and clowning come together in this charming show about the power of imagination, for ages 6 up
First on stage at Belvoir in 2014, MAKEbeLIVE's family show is returning in time for school holidays.
Theatremaking duo Holly Austin and Adriano Cappelletta (CuBBYHOuSE) co-wrote Ruby's Wish based on their experiences working in children's wards as part of the Starlight Foundation program. The show focuses on the story of 8-year-old Ruby, who is sick and in hospital, and the power of her imagination.
In conjunction with Ruby's Wish, Belvoir are also hosting free Art in the Foyer sessions during the school holidays – no bookings required, you can just turn up.
