Museums become eerie places after dark, so the Australian Museum is using their historic halls as the setting for a huge Halloween party.
On the evening of October 27, you can get all tizzed up in your Halloween best for a night of music, interactive games and celebratory feasting and drinking.
There’ll be a plethora of exciting events on for this incarnation of the popular after-hours party Jurassic Lounge, from ghost tours and grisly craft sessions to silent discos, dance parties and even a matchmaking event for singles. For a more relaxed eve, you can chill by the pop-up bar, listen to ghost stories by First Nations performers or explore the museum’s Whales Tohorā exhibition
