Time Out says

Five hundred thousand loose bricks, a 130,000-piece model of the Harbour Bridge, and 1000 minifigs feature in this new Harbourside exhibition

Following on from their Towers of Tomorrow exhibition, the Museum of Sydney and certified LEGO professional Ryan McNaught have re-teamed for another celebration of architecture. This new exhibition recreates iconic Harbourside buildings, landmarks and moments, including the New Year's Eve fireworks, Luna Park, the Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House.

Make sure you keep an eye out for the many celebrity mini-figs hidden around the various models – including Hugh Jackman with no pants, Jack Nicholson having a "Here's Johnny!" moment à la The Shining, chef Luke Mangan, David Hasselhof getting his boogie on, and Shaquille O’Neal prepping for a slam dunk. We even saw Darth Vader and Senator Palpatine enjoying some R&R.

If you're curious about how – or why – McNaught makes his creations, the exhibition includes interviews and behind-the-scenes peeks at his tricks and techniques. There's also a break-out area where aspiring LEGO professionals of all ages can cut loose with 500,000 LEGO® and DUPLO® bricks.
