Jack Daniel’s has had a close-knit relationship with the music industry ever since Frank Sinatra tasted the whiskey back in 1947. Their longstanding music industry initiatives like the Make it Count tour and the famed Jack Daniel’s Barrel House have been supporting the scene to thrive for years.

Now, Jack Daniel’s latest initiative is pioneering a new era of music by embracing web3 and NFTS, and giving Sydney-siders the chance to get their hands on exclusive content from three top Aussie artists.

Jack Daniel's Music Drop is a city-wide treasure hunt where city-dwellers will hunt for digital 'crates' filled with exclusive music content, digital pressing NFTs of unreleased tracks and a whole range of prizes. These crates will appear randomly throughout Sydney, but you have to be quixk, as a limited number of crates are released daily until the end of April.

Some of Australia's top bands are getting in on the game. You could uncover goodies from the lackadaisical Winston Surfshirt, the creatively named Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, or the pop punk delights of Stand Atlantic.

So, how does it all work? All you need to do is head to this link on your phone (no desktops or laptops, please) and get ready to explore your city. Until April 30 you’ll have the chance to find never before seen content as well as some cheeky Jack Daniel’s drink vouchers. Bonus: if you want to sell on your NFTs, you can list them on OpenSea, the world’s largest NFT marketplace.

But wait, we haven’t even gotten to the best part. When you take part in Jack Daniel’s Music Drop, you’ll also go into the running to win a trip for two to Tennessee, the home of Jack Daniel’s.
