The Sydney Symphony Orchestra will be joined by powerhouse vocalist and songwriter Katie Noonan and her musical trio Elixir, for this night of sounds and illustration. Noonan will perform a series of original songs and covers, while cartoonist and poet Michael Leunig will draw live on stage, using the music as a source of inspiration for improvisation.
They'll be joined by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, making for a special evening of visual and aural creative energy. The collaboration will showcase Noonan's heavenly vocals and Leunig's spontaneous flair for poetry and illustration, alongside the SSO's many talented musicians.
