Time Out says

It's been a long time since we boogied our hearts out at the upstairs dancefloor of Surry Hills' the Beresford, but we'll soon be greeting those sticky floors again – albeit in a seated fashion, given the fact that we're all still living in that town from Footloose where dancing is banned.

A brand new dinner-and-a-show series is taking over the up-market gastropub and nightclub. Live At The Table is showcasing the best homegrown talent and local live performers, the seated series will kick off with a DJ set by Aussie electro-pop duo Lime Cordiale (DJ set) on Thursday, October 29. Nab a spot for $50 per person – you'll also get a drink and shared pizza and antipasto plates for the table.

Next on the lineup? DJ and producer Young Franco (joined by BoomChild for his first ever live show) on November 5, followed by North Coast-hailing cosmic outfit Babe Rainbow, who will take the reins on 19 November. Future soul singer Milan Ring will wow the crowds on December 3, with indie rock duo Winterbourne playing on December 10, and producer Touch Sensitive sending off the season on December 17. It's set to be a summer of great tunes.
